Deb & Graham
Deb & Graham chose a well known Adelaide Hills venue for their wedding day, The Bridgewater Mill. As their second wedding each, they didn’t want an over the top venue, instead something more intimate but also able to accomodate for their large number of guests. Being in autumn they were blessed with beautiful weather, colourful leaves and no heat! This truly was one of the best parties I’ve ever attended and their crowd set in for a fantastic night.
I hadn’t been back up to work at the Bridgewater Mill for some time and it was pleasing to see how much they had renovated the outside to accommodate for larger groups and to truly soak up the tree top experience plus the decking is now set up to capture the Mill itself in much better view.
I was able to accomodate Deb & Graham’s needs and started the photography just before the ceremony, capturing the guests and Graham, then when the girls arrived – a few snaps of them before they walked down the aisle. Overall it was 5 hours of photography which allowed more photos into the evening.
The atmosphere inside the venue is also magical as it feels so cosy yet it has so much space to accommodate a large group. The band that sang for Deb & Graham were personal friends and they were out of this world! As someone said while they were singing, almost better than the original Stevie Nicks!! I had to agree! Congrats Deb & Graham! It was an absolute pleasure to work with you both.
