A seminar or business event is rarely just an event. It’s a reflection of your organisation’s expertise, your commitment to your industry and your investment in the people who attend. I’ve been photographing business events across Adelaide since 2004, working through organisations ranging from small professional development workshops through to large industry conferences and seminars.I understand the dynamics of these events – the need to capture keynote speakers without disrupting the room, the importance of documenting networking moments and audience engagement, and the value of detailed shots that showcase your venue, your branding and your people.
Before the event
Before your event we’ll discuss your photography brief in detail. Who are the key speakers? Are there panel discussions, breakout sessions or exhibition areas that need coverage? Are there specific delegates, sponsors or stakeholders who need to be included? I’ll build a comprehensive shot list around your event schedule so that on the day, nothing important is missed and you’re not having to manage me – instead you’re managing your event!
The images I deliver will be ready to use within a short timeframe (we can discuss your requirements), downloaded via an online gallery for all involved to access and useable across your digital channels.

An awards night or gala ball is the pinnacle of your organisation’s calendar. It’s the night your team dresses up, your achievements are recognised and your community comes together to celebrate. After months of planning – the venue, the theming, the entertainment, the catering – the photography is the one thing that captures all of it and makes it last beyond the evening itself.
With extensive experience photographing corporate awards nights, gala dinners, black-tie events and major celebration evenings across Adelaide, I bring the professionalism, preparation and discretion that high-profile events demand. I’m comfortable working in challenging lighting environments and I know how to move through a large formal event without disrupting the flow of the evening.
Every awards night has it’s non-negotitables – the presentation moments, the winner’s portraits, the MC, the executive team, the sponsors. Before your event I’ll work through your run sheet with you, identify must-have shots and make sure I’m positioned for each one as it happens.
