Kate & Billy
Kate & Billy had the most glorious day for their wedding held at Adelaide Cricket oval.
We started the day at Kate’s Dad’s house where she and her girls were getting ready. If you’re a shoe gal, then you’re going to appreciate Kate’s choice of shoes that she had printed on to remember her wedding day (see the album below)! Once I had captured the girls all ready I moved onto the boys and met them at the Cricket grounds.
Kate arrived with the girls and her dad on her arm ready to bounce down the aisle to Billy. The light was absolutely perfect during the ceremony (I’m always chasing beautiful light!!). Kate & Billy’s cheering crowd of family & friends was captured as everyone stood in front of the old scoreboard for a large group photo – an essential shot if you get married at the Adelaide Cricket Oval! Once all of the family photos were complete the bridal party moved around the grounds to various spots as the staff recommend. I had to laugh at this one of the girls doing their best ‘Toyota’ ad impersonation in front of the goals!
My favourite spot was probably the ivy wall the backs onto the tennis courts, the bridal party totally made this shot fun with their silliness!!
A truly beautiful day and I really can’t wait to get back there! Thanks for having me Kate & Billy – wishing you a beautiful future together!
