Alison & Michael – Adelaide Botanic Gardens + Jolly Boathouse
Why wouldn’t you get married in one of Adelaide’s most beautiful garden venues? Alison & Michael chose to have the rotunda as their backdrop as they exchanged their vows.
I have to tell you, when I got there I was a little worried that the groom had not arrived, and the time was ticking for the bride to arrive herself! It turns out that the groom forgot his tie and had to drive all the way back up the freeway to get it! Thankfully he did arrive with a good 15 minutes to spare. Luckily the girls had quite a long walk to the location of the ceremony from North Terrace. Alison looked stunning in her designer dress by Jack Sullivan Designs and her girls in navy. Little Chloe nearly stole the show with her pure sweetness as she watched mummy & daddy get married.
After the ceremony we took advantage of the location we had in front of us!! Then ventured to Jolly’s Boathouse as Alison wanted to capture a few shots in front of the bridge and then mingle with the guests before dinner was served.
