Seacliff Beach – Lauren & Bo
There’s a funny story with Lauren & Bo’s maternity photo shoot. Lauren had booked me in to photograph her and Bo a month or so out from their due date as she wanted to have her baby bump showing well & truly! So I was not expecting to hear from them for another few weeks at the time.
But out of the blue I get a call from Lauren slightly panicking as she felt contractions were coming and was certain baby was coming early. Being winter time my schedule was a little less busy and we agreed that later that afternoon we could do the photo shoot if she felt up to it. So a few hours later there we were at the beautiful Seacliff Beach (thankfully near me), on the most amazing day that could seriously been any more perfect! It was even mild, for a winters day!
Lauren and Bo could not have been more relaxed at the pending arrival of their baby boy. Thankfully the contractions had slowed and after the photo shoot Lauren went to the hospital to see if she was in fact in labour – and she wasn’t! False alarm. However, baby Evan was born only 4 days later, so clearly he was getting ready!
