Bee & Nick’s Wedding, Adelaide City
Bee & Nick wanted a beautiful intimate wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family, so they chose the beautiful Adelaide National Wine Centre. What a beautiful location for wedding photography – you’d hardly know it was in the city! I have always loved this venue, for both weddings and events of all occasions. The level of food and wine (obviously!) is always top notch and I’m yet to be disappointed. But enough about the venue – after all this is meant to be about my lovely wedding clients, Bee & Nick. The plan for the day was for me to capture Nick and the boys before the ceremony and then Bee upon arriving in a gorgeous red convertible Mustang! She looked stunning in her navy dress (gotta love a bride who goes against the grain and chooses something different!)! Her flower crown sat so beautifully on her head and suited her perfectly. Nick’s father kindly walked Bee down the aisle to hand her over to her new husband to be.
There was many tears of joy shed during the ceremony but pure elation once they sealed the deal with a kiss! The couple were celebrated with a couple of massive poppers that showered them with glitter and sparkle!! And what a show that was.
Nick and Bee chose to have a short photo session on the premises so they could join their tribe for a beautiful 6 course lunch (of which they invited me too – oh man I seriously get the best gigs ever!) and what a meal it was! They even catered for my no-egg request (awww sooo lovely!). I was able to capture the afternoon as it unfolded with speeches and celebrations for the couple. Truly it was a beautiful afternoon and a gorgeous couple. I wish them all the best in their married life!
